In fact, rather than the term EBPM, the preparation of data that precedes it may be more effective for corporate profits.
Next is statistical ability and the ability to collect and utilize information. This is similar to what the market refers to as ``the power to verify policy using data.'' As EBPM progresses, the demand for statistical infrastructure, data analysis, dashboards, data cleansing, and document/statistical processing using AI is likely to increase. Administrative DX-related topics are not as easy to attract short-term funds as semiconductors and defense. However, companies that can handle operations and maintenance tend to have a backlog of orders and are easily evaluated in their financial statements. It's unassuming, but it's easy to remember in the numbers. This is what's interesting about this theme.
How to read everything from budgets to corporate profits
What cannot be overlooked with this theme is not the ``57 skills lined up'', but where the money will flow. Policy materials are just the beginning. In practical terms, we will be following each ministry's budget requests, supplementary budgets, main budgets, procurement information from the Digital Agency, local government system standardization from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, DX and digital human resources from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and growth strategies and new capitalism from the Cabinet Office and Cabinet Secretariat.

However, profits can be diluted due to changes in specifications, delays in acceptance inspection, outsourcing costs, and maintenance costs. The market buys a theme first and then looks at profitability later. I want to make sure that the order is not taken advantage of.
Materials for this type of theme tend to appear in the following order: budget request, supplementary budget, public recruitment, adoption, order IR, and financial settlement. Stock prices incorporate expectations in the first half and confirm profit margins in the second half. Therefore, if we only look at the order amount, we will be one step behind.
